Over the past 6 years The Gardner Team has organized and sponsored area garage sales in Sherwood, the event has continued to grow each year with dozens of homes and/or multi-family sales participating, along with the consumers who've come to look forward to shopping at this large weekend sale each year.
With the economy being what it is, now more than ever we hear how much families appreciate this opportunity to simplify, make some extra cash and find bargains on things they need while participating as a community during the City of Sherwood's largest "multi-neighborhood" garage sale weekend of the year.
We all understand that shoppers want to shop where they can visit the most number of garage sales in a centeralized area and in the shortest period of time, that's why we combine our efforts and provide the convenience shoppers are looking for and successful sales our participating community neighbors are all after through heavy advertising and the ability to deliver the convenience of a large weekend sale featuring so many participants.
The Annual Sherwood Community Garage Sale Event is always held the last weekend of June. This is also the same weekend as the Woodhaven neighborhood garage sale, separately hosted in Sherwood.
